Access presets (‘plans’)

Think of them as plans. Theaccess presets allow you to predefine accesses but they are independent of the economic value.

You will probably have an access preset for each plan you sell or sometimes several plans will have the same access preset but different values.

Access regulation/limit

User accesses can be limited:

  • by a deadline, being automatically deactivated on a set date
  • by a payment subscription, being deactivated if the subscription becomes inactive
  • by PADMA, being activated/deactivated depending on whether the user is a student or not in the school’s PADMA
  • manually, you activate or deactivate it whenever you want.

Manually apply access preset

On the access preset screen there is a button to apply it to a user.

Access coupons

The coupon is a way to unlock content for users. The user applies the coupon manually or with a link.

Accesses will be enabled for the time configured in the coupon.

Payment links unlock content upon payment receipt and accesses will be enabled for the time configured in the payment link.

Subscription links unlock content when the subscription is activated and accesses remain enabled only while the subscription stays active.

Default access for PADMA students

Default access given to users when they register on Learn and are identified as students in Padma. If a user has had access before, this will not be applied.
