The Bookings module facilitates access control to your activities and the monitoring of participation of the students.
You can
- monitor student attendance without the need to manually record presence
- limit the number of spots available in activities
- limit the number of bookings a user can make each week or month according to their plan
- have a waiting list for when spots become available
- know in advance who will participate in a class
- disable a student's bookings if their monthly fee has not been paid
- set up a fixed booking for users you want
- book a spot for a prospect like a “trial class”
- receive guest bookings via a public link, without registration on Learn, with manual confirmation or mandatory payment via Mercado Pago or Stripe
You choose how many minutes in advance the user should make the booking. If you want, you can allow the student to book minutes before the class, more to register attendance than to guarantee a spot.

Paid bookings for guests
In the advanced panel, in the school settings, choose a single payment link in the guest bookings section. The amount and currency apply to all guest bookings; without a selected link, confirmation remains manual.
The spot is reserved for 15 minutes while the guest pays. Learn confirms the booking after verifying payment approval. If the deadline passes, the spot is released; late payments only confirm the booking if the class is still valid and there is a spot available. Otherwise, the school receives a notice to review the payment.
Cancellations and refunds are handled manually by the school. Canceling the booking does not automatically refund the payment.
See the step-by-step guide, payment link requirements, and booking statuses in Landing for prospect booking.
