You need to create an account on Zapier.com. The free option is sufficient for most cases.

You can automatically create entries in PADMA every time:

• you receive an e-mail
• a Google Form is filled out
• a prospect registers at an EventBrite event
• a new attendee is registered at your Sympla event
• a contact is registered in vTiger
• a lead is created in RD Station or in your Facebook Ads
• a lead is registered in LinkedIn Lead Gen Form

You can automatically request the signing of documents, for example, when registering an enrollment in PADMA: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/signatures

API KEY

Zapier will request an “api key” from PADMA for authentication . You create this api key in “school configuration”.
